Arzath Areeff: In our country only few students are selected to the state universities. Therefore, we have a mandate rsponsibility to guide the students to an appropriate career path, in the government and private sectors, to accomplish their higher education.

For this issue our solution is to create a website to guide the students. For that we are going to collect information and fill the website as a knowledge bank about the careers and courses and the website will work as question and answer sessions on the interest and qualifications of the students and it will suggest a suitable path.

எங்கள் ஊரில் 250 தமிழ் மக்கள் வசிக்கின்றனர். எங்கள் ஊரில் சாதாரணதர பரீட்சை அளவு பள்ளிக்கூடம்தான் உள்ளது. புத்தகங்கள் மற்றும் நூலகங்கள் தேவைப்படுகின்றது. நூலகம் வசதி இல்லாததால் கொழும்பிற்கு வரும் சூழ்நிலை ஏற்படுகின்றது. வருவதற்கு வருமான வசதி குறைவினால் படிப்பை தொடர முடியாமல் உள்ளது.

அதிபருடன் தொடர்பினை மேற்கொண்டு மாணவர்களிடையே எவ்வாறான நூல்கள் அவசியம் என ஆராய்ந்து ஆசிரியர்களுடன் ஆலோசித்து அதிபரின் உதவியுடன் கட்டிட வசதியை பெற்று நூலகத்தை அமைத்து அன்றைய தினம் அணைத்து பெறறோர்களையும் அழைத்து பிள்ளைகளின் கல்வியறிவின் முக்கியம் தொடர்பான விழிப்புணர்வு செய்தல்

தொழில் வழிகாட்டல் மற்றும் தொழில் ஊக்குவிப்பு தொடர்பான ஆலோசனைகளை வழங்க இணையத்தளம் மற்றும் சமூக வலைத்தளங்கள் மூலமாக முன்னெடுக்க தீர்மானித்துள்ளேன். குறிப்பாக மட்டக்களப்பு மாவட்டத்தில் காணப்படும் தொழிற்கல்வி தகமையு டைய, தொழிற் தகமையற்றவர்களை இணையத்தளத்தினூடாக பதிவு செய்தல். தொழிற் தகமையுடையவர்களுக்கான அரச மற்றும் தனியார் துறைகளில் உள்ள வேலைவாய்புக்களை பெறுவதற்கு இணைப்பை ஏற்படுத்துதல். தொழிற் தகமையற்றவர்களுக்கு தொழிற்கல்வியைப் பெறுவதற்கான ஆலோசனையையும் வழிகாட்டலையும் வழங்குதல்... மேற்படி குறித்த இணையத்தில் அரச தனியார் துறைகளில் உள்ள தொழில் வெற்றிடத்தை அடையாளப்படுத்தலையும் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும்.

there are various religious and ethnicity people are living in my district even though they don't have clear relationship among them( specially among youth) so that it leads to conflict in understanding each and another

getting 20 youths from particular three main ethnicity (Tamil,Muslim,Sinhalese) in Ampara district and do an exchange project that youths from sinhalese community and youth from tamil community will stay at youths' home from muslim community and learn their life style, traditions and cultures, this activity will continue in routine so that they can make a good understanding friendship and raise theirs voice if any of these community face rational difficulties and the participants will be trained on the contents of nonviolence communication, sexual and gender difference ,leadership and team building before starting the exchange activity to make a good bound among.

The Down Syndrome Children were cornered. There is a drawback in accessing the opportunities for them. They are being treated in manner that should be. The term 'inclusive' is not being considered by the Society.

Show you can – movement with the differently abled children Planned Capacity Building activities with the Children 1. Bringing out their skills and developing it in a professional manner applicable to them. As the skills differs I have seeked our skilled volunteers’ supports. 2. Making outside exposures – The Down syndrome children were cornered and never had outside exposures making them to experience in the outside environment and mingle with the people. Also, making them to learn and speak. Conducting psychotherapy activities to make them abled. How can to achieve it? Everything is depend on our Attitude. From the parents to the community needs a awareness on 'Inclusive Living' like inclusive education. Their attitude should be changed in order to accept their children without leaving them at Care Centers. As already said the Capcity building programme to build their potential will be conducted for the Children already exist at the Care centers. Making them to prepare to utilize the opportunities in Expressive Art like Visual Art, Drama and etc, National Youth Award Programm, Sports and etc. Though, we have sports activities but that is not opened for the Down Syndrome group. Even, the existing sports has a boundary. Through the project that boundary will be removed like Love has no boundaries. The Inclusion will be apparently focused on the project, Also, the Gifted Children will be guided to be as a peace builders as it is being on the current issue in our country. They are discussions on transitional justice and all, there is no proper mechanism to heal the trauma caused due to Civil War. Hence, the 3 months comprehensive training the gifted children will be as a social agent to heal the past and to build the future. The expected output from the gifted children will be to see them as a Leader, Healer, Peace builder and to be as a motivator with the extensive experience gained from the project.

The issue is, the school dropouts is gradually increased at Karadiyanaru area (185 A)

the reasons for dropouts, 1.poverty, 2.uneducated parents 3. lack of awareness in quality education 4. the comunity traditions. Solutions to sort out these problems 1. coordinate village people like grama niladari ,police and other orgnizations at village level. 2. Motivate the student towards quality education 3. conduct the extra classes for students who are poor in reading and writting. 4.Re join the students who are left the school. 5. facilitate the students. 6. donate school stationeries to the students.
