ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාවී සාධාරණත්වය හා සමානාත්මතාව වෙත ගමනක් යන තේමාවෙන් විශ්වවිද්යාල ප්රතිපාදන කොමිෂම විසින් මෙහෙයවන ලද අන්තර් විශ්වවිද්යාල තරුණ උළෙල 2018 පෙබරවාරි 20, 21, 22 දිනවල. කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ පැවැත්විණි. මෙම උළෙල සඳහා දිවයින පුරා විශ්වවිද්යාල 15කින් සිසුන් 200ක් සහ ගම්පහ දිස්ත්රික්කයේ පාසල් සිසුන් 200ක් මහක් උද්යෝගයෙන් සහභාගි වූ හ. තරුණ උළෙල සැලසුම් කර තිබුණේ තරුණ ජනයාට ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාවය හා ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාවී සමානාත්මතාව හා සම්බන්ධ විවිධ කාරණා පිළිබඳ ඉගෙන ගැනීමට, සාකච්ඡා කිරීමට හා අදහස් ප්රකාශ කිරීමට අවකාශයක් නිර්මානය වන පරිදි ය. එය ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාවී සමානාත්මතාව ඇති කිරීම සඳහා ඉවහල් වන වෙනස්කම් ඇති කිරීමේ ලා කාර්යක්ෂම වාහකයන් වීම සඳහා තමන්ට හැකි ආකාර හඳුනා ගැනීමට හා ඒ බව ප්රකාශයට පත් කිරීමට තරුණයන්ට අවස්ථාවක් විය.
සෑම තරුණයකුට ම ජීවිතයේ කිසියම් දිනයක සිය ලිංගික ජීවිතය හා ප්රජනන සෞඛ්යය සම්බන්ධයෙන් තම ඉරණම වෙනස් කරන තීරණ ගැනීමට සිදු වනු ඇත. කෙසේ වෙතත්, පර්යේෂණ මගින් පෙන්වා දී තිබෙන පරිදි බහුතරයක් නව යොවුන් පුද්ගලයන්ට වගකීම් සහගත ලෙස එම තීරණ ගැනීම සඳහා අවශ්ය දැනුම නැත. එම නිසා ඔවුන් බලහත්කාරකම්වලට, ලිංගිකව බෝ වෙන ආසාදනවලට හා අනවශ්ය ගැබ්ගැනීම්වලට ගොදුරු වේ.
ශ්රී ලංකාවේ මිලියන 4.4ක වයස අවුරුදු 15 සිට 29 දක්වා වන තරුණ ජනගහනයක් ජීවත් වෙති. එහෙත්, ඔවුන්ගෙන් 50%ක් ලිංගික හා ප්රජනන සෞඛ්ය කාරණා පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් නැත. වාර්තා වී ඇති ආකාරයට තරුණයන් තමන්ගේ ප්රජනන පද්ධතිය පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් මුත් විරුද්ධ ලිංගික පාර්ශ්වයේ ප්රජනන පද්ධතිය පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් නැත.
මෙම දැනුම් පරතරය සඳහා ප්රධාන හේතුව වන්නේ පාසල් වයසේදී හා ඉන් පසුව වයසට ගැලපෙන සවිස්තර ලිංගික අධ්යාපනයක් ලබා ගැනීමේ හැකියාව නොමැති වීමයි. එබැවින් තරුණ ජනයාට සිය ලිංගික හා ප්රජනන සෞඛ්යය සම්බන්ධයෙන් නිවැරදි හා වයසට ගැලපෙන තොරතුරු ලබා දීම පිණිස මව්පියන් හා ගුරුවරුන් සම්බන්ධ කර ගැනීම වැදගත් ය.
ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාවී සාධාරණත්වය හා සමානාත්මතාව වෙත ගමනක් යන තේමාවෙන් පැවැත්වුණ මෙම අන්තර් විශ්වවිද්යාල තරුණ උළෙලට විශ්වවිද්යාල සිසුන් මහත් උද්යෝගයෙන් සහභාගි වනු දක්නට ලැබිණි. 2017 වසරේ ආරම්භ කරන ලද ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාවී සාධාරණත්වය හා සමානාත්මතාව වෙත ගමනක් වැඩසටහනෙහි මුල් අදියර දෙක නැගෙනහිර විශ්වවිද්යාලයේදී හා පේරාදෙනිය විශ්වවිද්යාලයේදී පවත්වන ලද අතර මෙය එහි තුන්වන පියවරයි.
එහි අරමුණ වන්නේ විශ්වවිද්යාල ප්රජාවට ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාවය හා එහි විවිධ පැතිකඩ පිළිබඳ අධ්යයන කිරීමට ඇති අවකශ පිළිබඳ දැනුවත් කිරීමත්, ඒ පිළිබඳ අදහස් නිර්මානාත්මක ලෙස ඉදිරිපත් කිරීම සඳහා අවස්ථාව ලබා දීමත් බව කැලණිය විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාව අධ්යයන අංශයේ අධ්යක්ෂ ආචාර්ය අනුෂා එදිරිසිංහ පැවසුවා ය.

ශ්රී ලංකාවේ විශ්වවිද්යාලව මේ වන විට නවක වධය හා ස්ත්රී පුරුෂ සමාජභාවය මත පදනම් වූ ප්රචණ්ඩත්වය සම්බන්ධයෙන් එ්වා කිසි සේත් ම නො ඉවසීමේ ප්රතිපත්තියක් ක්රියාත්මක වේ. එවැනි සිදුවීම් සම්බන්ධයෙන් පැමිණිලි ලබා ගැනීමට පැය 24 පුරා ක්රියාත්මක වන දුරකථන අංකයක් විවෘතව තිබේ. ( 011-2123700 ) පෞද්ගලිකත්වය හා රහස්යභාවය ආරක්ෂා වන පරිදි පැමිණිලි විභාග කිරීමට හා පිළියම් යෙදීමට කටයුතු යොදා ඇති බව විශ්වවිද්යාල ප්රතිපාදන කොමිෂමේ සභාපති මහාචාර්ය මොහාන් ද සිල්වා පැවසී ය.
මේ වෙනුවෙන් මේ වන විට සුහුරු දුරකථන ඇප් එකක් ද සංවර්ධනය කර තිබේ. තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ නියෝජිතායතනය (ICTA) සමග එක්ව විශ්වවිද්යාල ප්රතිපාදන කොමිෂම විසින් නිර්මානය කරන ලද මෙම ඇප් එක මගින් විශ්වවිද්යාල සිසුන්ට හා ගුරුවරුන්ට කිසියම් සිද්ධියක් සම්බන්ධ දැනුම් දීමක් එක් තිර ස්පර්ශයක් මගින් එය සිදු වන ස්ථානය ද සමග දැනුම් දීමේ පහසුව සලස්වා තිබේ. එම ඇප් එක මේ වන විට ඌව වෙල්ලස්ස විශ්වවිද්යාලයේ පරීක්ෂාවට ලක් කෙරෙමින් තිබේ. එය නුදුරු අනාගතයේදී සියලු විශ්වවිද්යාලවලට හඳුන්වා දෙන බව ද මහාචාර්ය සුනිල් ද සිල්වා පැවසී ය.

එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ ජනගහන අරමුදල මෙම උළෙලට සහයෝගය දැක්වූයේ ‘ආදරය හා සාමය’ ලෙස නම් කරන ලද සිය ප්රදර්ශන කුටිය ඉදිරිපත් කිරීමෙනි. ‘ආදර සිනමාව’ එහි කොටසක් විය. එමගින් තරුණයන්ට සවිස්තර ලිංගික අධ්යාපනයේ වැදගත්කම පිළිබඳ දැනුම ලබා දෙන ලදී. ශිෂ්යයන්ට එහිදී ‘වැඩිහිටිභාවයට මග’ හෙවත් Road to Adulthood’ අන්තර්ජාල පාඨමාලාව හැදෑරීමේ අවස්ථාව ද ලැබිණි. www.roadtoadulthood.lk වෙබ් ලිපිනය ඔස්සේ ප්රවේශ විය හැකි එය ප්රජනන සෞඛ්යය හා හිමිකම් පිළිබඳ තරුණයන්ට භාෂා තුනෙන් ම දැනුම ලබා ගත හැකි ශ්රී ලංකාවේ පළමු ඩිජිටල් මෙවලමයි. ඊට අමතරව, එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ ජනගහන අරමුදල විසින් සියලු දෙනා ඇතුළත් කර ගන්නා ලිංගික අධ්යාපනයක වැදගත්කම ද අවධාරණය කරන ලදී. විශේෂයෙන් ම ආබාධ සහිත ජනයාට හා එවැනි තරුණයන්ට ලිංගික අධ්යාපනය ලබා දීම සඳහා ‘ABLE APP’ නම් වන සුහුරු දුරකථන ඇප් එක ද හඳුන්වා දෙන ලදී. එම ඇප් එක මගින් ආබාධ සහිත පුද්ගලයන්ට ලිංගික හා ප්රජනන සෞඛ්යය පිළිබඳ දැනුම ලබා ගැනීමේ අවස්ථාව ලබා දෙයි. එය නිර්මානය කිරීමේදී ශ්රී ලංකාවේ ආබාධ සහිත ජනයා මිලියනයක් ජීවත් වන බව සැලකිල්ලට ගැනිණි. ඔවුන් අතරින් බහුතරය දෘෂ්යාබාධිත පුද්ගලයන් ය.

iVoice Idea Competition
iVoice is an online platform that encourages youth to discuss social issues and to drive innovative solutions. The platform features stories relating to social issues in Sri Lanka, which are submitted by iVoice contributors and the general public.
The objective of the iVoice Idea Competition is to encourage youth to play a participatory role in solving social issues. After reading a story featured on iVoice, youth can submit their ‘idea’ to help to address the social issue that is highlighted in the story. The ten best ideas will receive seed capital of Rs. 100,000/- each, and mentoring, to support in implementing their ideas.
The majority of articles featured on iVoice relate to a social issue. These stories have a ‘Submit Your Idea’ button at the end of the article, inviting youth to share their innovative ideas on how to address these social issues.
Submitted ideas must be innovative and unique. The ideas must also be practical and implementable by 31 December 2017.
The deadline for submitting an idea is 3 September 2017.
To submit an idea, the following details must be provided through the online form:

Ideas will be evaluated through a competitive process.
