iVoice.lk වෙබ් අඩවිය විසින් ශ්රී ලංකා සංවර්ධන ජනමාධ්ය සංසදයේ හා එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ ජනගහන අරමුදලේ අනුග්රහයෙන් පවත්වන ලද සමාජ ප්රශ්නයක් විසඳීම සඳහා වූ නැවුම් අදහස් තරගයේ අවසන් වටයට 20දෙනෙකු තෝරා ගනු ලැබුවා. සිය ගණනක් අදහස් අතරින් තෝරා ගත් හොඳම අදහස් ඉදිරිපත් කළ අයගේ නම්, ඔවුන් නියෝජනය කරන දිස්ත්රික්කය හා ඔවුන්ගේ නැවුම් අදහසේ සාරාංශයක් අප කලින් පළ කළා. එය මෙතැනින් කියවන්න.
පසුගිය සැප්තැම්බර් 20, 21 දිනවල ඔවුන් මහත් උද්යෝගිමත් වැඩමුළුවකට සහභාගි වෙමින් එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ නේවාසික සම්බන්ධීකාරක ඌනා මැකෝලේ මහත්මිය, එක්සත් ජාතීන්ගේ ජනගහන අරමුදලේ ශ්රී ලංකා නියෝජිත රිට්සු නැකේන් මහත්මිය, ශ්රී ලංකා සංවර්ධන ජනමාධ්ය සංසදයේ සභාපති මහාචාර්ය ඩබ්.ඒ.ඩී.පී වනිගසුන්දර හා තවත් උපදේශකවරුන්ගේ මගපෙන්වීම යටතේ සිය අදහස් විධිමත් ව්යාපෘති සංකල්ප ලෙස සංවර්ධනය කර ගත්තා. සැප්තැම්බර් 21දා ඔවුන් සිය අදහස විනිශ්චය මණ්ඩලය හමුවේ නිර්මානාත්මක ලෙස ඉදිරිපත් කළා.
ඔවුන් අතරින් 10දෙනෙකුට සිය සංකල්ප ක්රියාත්මක කිරීම සඳහා රු. ලක්ෂය බැගින් පිරිනමනු ලබනවා. ඔවුන් සිය ව්යාපෘති 2017 දෙසැම්බර් 31දාට පෙර ක්රියාත්මක කළ යුතුයි. පහත දැක්වෙන්නේ එම ජයග්රාහකයන් පිරිසයි. ඔවුන්ගේ වයස හා ව්යාපෘතිය ක්රියාත්මක වන දිස්ත්රික්කය ඉදිරියෙන් දැක්වෙනවා.
1. පියහසී ඩයස්, අවුරුදු 19, කොළඹ
බිහිරි පුද්ගලයෙකු ලෙස තම පියා මුහුණ දුන් අපහසුතා අත්දුටු පියහසී එම තත්ත්වය වෙනස් කිරීම සඳහා අධිෂ්ඨාන කර ගත්තා ය. සංඥා භාෂාවෙන් අදහස් හුවමාරු කර ගැනීමේ හැකියාව ඇය සතු ය. දැන් ඇයගේ අදහස ශ්රව්යාබාධිත සිසුන් උදෙසා සංඥා භාෂාමය ව්යාකරණ ග්රන්ථයක් නිර්මාණය කිරීමටයි.
2. ලක්මී නිලංකා ද සිල්වා, අවුරුදු 26, මාතර
ලක්මීගේ අදහස ‘යාළු මාමාගේ කතන්දර’ නමින් විනෝදාත්මක වැඩසටහනක් නිර්මාණය කර සිසුන්, ගුරුවරුන් හා දෙමව්පියන් අතර සියල්ලන් ඇතුළත් කර ගත් අධ්යාපනය ප්රවර්ධනය කිරීම යි. මෙම වැඩසටහන සමාජ මාධ්ය තුළ පුළුල්ව බෙදාහදා ගෙන සියල්ලන් ඇතුළත් කර ගත් අධ්යාපනයේ වැදගත්කම පිළිබඳ දැනුවත්කම ඇති කිරීමට ඇය සැලසුම් කරමින් සිටියි.
3. චමල් මලින්ත ගුණසිංහ, අවුරුදු 18, කළුතර
චමල් පිටිසර ප්රදේශයකින් පැමිණියෙකි. එම පෙදෙසේ වැසියෝ ප්රධාන පණිවුඩ හා තොරතුරු තමන් අතර බෙදාහදා ගැනීමේදී දුෂ්කරතාවන්ට මුහුණ දෙති. පාරිසරික අපද්රව්ය අවම කර ගනිමින් ජනයා අතර සමාජය වෙනස් කිරීම සඳහා උපයෝගී කර ගත හැකි පණිවුඩ සන්නිවේදනය කළ හැකි ක්රමයක් ලෙස බස් නැවතුම්පොළවල් අසල සවි කරනු ලබන LED පුවරු යොදා ගැනීම ඔහුගේ අදහසයි.
4. අර්සත් අරීෆ්, අවුරුදු 25, අම්පාර
අපද්රව්ය කළමනාකරණය ශ්රී ලංකාවේ නැගෙනහිර පිහිටි සයින්දමරුදු ප්රදේශය පෙළන බරපතළ ගැටලූවකි. නිසි අපද්රව්ය කළමනාකරණය සහතික කිරීමට ප්රමාණවත් තරම් සම්පත් මහ නගර සභාව සතුව නැත. අර්සත්ගේ අදහස වී ඇත්තේ එතරම් සම්පත් අවශ්ය නොකරන පුරවැසි මෘදුකාංගයක් නිර්මාණය කොට තම ගම තුළ වඩාත් යහපත් ඝන අපද්රව්ය කළමනාකරණයක් සහතික කිරීම සඳහා සහාය වීමටයි.
5. ශිවලිංගම් විමල්රාජ්, අවුරුදු 26, යාපනය
බොහෝ දරුවන් පාසල් නොයන බව හෝ ඉතා මූලික මට්ටමකදී ම පාසල් හැර යන බව දුටු විමල්රාජ්ට වෙනසක් ඇති කිරීමට වුවමනා විය. ඔහුගේ අදහස නම් සමීක්ෂණයක් පවත්වා මීට හේතු සොයා ගැනීමයි. ඔහුට උවමනා කර ඇත්තේ එම සොයාගැනීම් යොදාගෙන කෙටි චිත්රපටයක් නිර්මාණය කර ධනාත්මක වෙනසක් ඇති කිරීම සඳහා අදාළ පාර්ශ්වකරුවන් සමග බෙදාහදා ගැනීමටයි.
6. දමිත් චන්දන, අවුරුදු 21, මහනුවර
තරුණයෙකු වන දමිත් පොදු ප්රවාහනයේදී ලිංගික හිංසනයන්ට ලක් වීම කාන්තාවන් පීඩාවට පත් කරන බරපතළ ගැටලූවක් බව අවබෝධ කර ගෙන ඇත. ඔහුගේ අදහස නම් ධනාත්මක චර්යාමය වෙනසක් ඇති කිරීම සඳහා දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වීඩියෝවක් නිර්මාණය කිරීම මගින් මෙම ගැටලූවට විසඳුමක් සම්පාදනය කිරීමයි.
7. නලින්ද ප්රියන්ජිත් සිල්වා, අවුරුදු 26, කොළඹ
නලින්ද පහසුවෙන් සපයා ගත හැකි අමුද්රව්ය යොදාගෙනමදුරු උගුලක් නිර්මාණය කළේ ය. ඔහුගේ අදහස මෙම මදුරු උගුල නිර්මාණය කරන ආකාරය තවත් තරුණ තරුණියන්ට කියා දී මදුරුවන් නිසා හට ගන්නා රෝග හේතුවෙන් සිදු වන මරණ සංඛ්යාව අවම කිරීමටයි.
8. සුජිත් සමරසිංහ, අවුරුදු 21, කළුතර
සුජිත්ට වුවමනා කරන්නේ යතුරුපැදි අනතුරු නිසා සිදු වන ජීවිත හානි හා තුවාල වීම් අවම කිරීමටයි. ඔහුගේ අදහස නම් සුරක්ෂිත අන්දමින් යතුරුපැදියක් ධාවනය කරන ආකාරය පිළිබඳව තරුණ තරුණියන්ට අධ්යාපනය ලබා දෙන දැනුවත් කිරීමේ වීඩියෝවක් නිර්මාණය කර සමාජ මාධ්ය, පාසල් හා වෙනත් පේ්රක්ෂක පිරිස් හරහා එය බෙදාහදා ගැනීමටයි.
9. රිෆාක් අහමඞ්, අවුරුදු 26, ගාල්ල
රසායන ඉංජිනේරු විද්යා සිසුවෙකු වන රිෆාක් තිරසර බලශක්තිය පිළිබඳව උගත්තේ ය. මුළුතැන් ගෙයින් ඉවත දමන අපද්රව්යවලින් ජීව වායුව නිෂ්පාදනය කළ හැකි බව ඔහුට පෙනිණ. ඔහුගේ අදහස වන්නේ නාගරික ප්රදේශවලට කුඩා ජීව වායු ඒකක හඳුන්වා දී අපද්රව්ය ඵලදායක අන්දමින් භාවිත කළ හැකි ක්රමයක් සම්පාදනය කිරීමයි.
10. දිනිති ප්රතිභා කළුආරච්චි, අවුරුදු 23, රත්නපුරය
දිනිති රුහුණු සරසවියේ උපාධි අපේක්ෂිකාවකි. නිසි අවබෝධයකින් තොරව සමාජ මාධ්ය මෙවලම් යොදා ගන්නා තරුණ පරපුරට මුහුණු පොතෙන් සිදු වන බලපෑම වටහා ගත් ඇයට වුවමනා කරන්නේ මුහුණු පොත නිසි ලෙස භාවිත කරන ආකාරය පිළිබඳ දැනුවත්කම සරසවි සිසුන් අතර ඇති කිරීමටයි.

iVoice Idea Competition
iVoice is an online platform that encourages youth to discuss social issues and to drive innovative solutions. The platform features stories relating to social issues in Sri Lanka, which are submitted by iVoice contributors and the general public.
The objective of the iVoice Idea Competition is to encourage youth to play a participatory role in solving social issues. After reading a story featured on iVoice, youth can submit their ‘idea’ to help to address the social issue that is highlighted in the story. The ten best ideas will receive seed capital of Rs. 100,000/- each, and mentoring, to support in implementing their ideas.
The majority of articles featured on iVoice relate to a social issue. These stories have a ‘Submit Your Idea’ button at the end of the article, inviting youth to share their innovative ideas on how to address these social issues.
Submitted ideas must be innovative and unique. The ideas must also be practical and implementable by 31 December 2017.
The deadline for submitting an idea is 3 September 2017.
To submit an idea, the following details must be provided through the online form:
Note: Participants can submit any number of ideas; however, only one idea per article is permitted.
Ideas will be evaluated through a competitive process.

Evaluation criteria includes creativity of the proposed idea to address the given social issue, and feasibility of implementation within the stipulated budget and timeframe.
