The Human Elephant Conflict in Sri Lanka

The Human - Elephant conflict has become one of the debatable topics in Sri Lanka. Known as the 'blood ivory' trade worldwide, Sri Lanka has also become a part of poaching. An article addressing this conflict, stated that over 200 elephants were killed in Sri Lanka in 2009.
